Special Panel Discussion
In honor of Presenting: Bill Graham and that Bill would have been 80 this year, we have put together a Panel Discussion which will take place,
Sunday June 5th at the Lush Life Gallery/Jazz Heritage Center - 1320-1330 Fillmore St., SF
- the "doors" are at 5:00PM and the panel will start around 5:30PM.
Participants include Bob Barsotti, Mickey Hart, Steve Parish, Jerry Pompili, and Bill Thompson
Between them they have countless years of work and play in the world of music, and hopefully many a tale to tell of their travels. Each of them will also be speaking about their friendship, adventures and encounters with Bill Graham.
The Lush Life Gallery, where Presenting: Bill Graham is mounted is quite small - but we will do out best to accommodate folks on Sunday. A $10 donation which will go to the Bill Graham Memorial Foundation and the Jazz Heritage Center is suggested. No one turned away for lack of funds.
PRESENTING: BILL GRAHAM- a collection of remarkable images with narration in Bill's own words. ( This exhibit is now over)

Hello Everyone,
The Bill Graham Memorial Foundation is really pleased to invite you to see Presenting: Bill Graham - a collection of remarkable images with narration in Bill's own words. The exhibit will be available at the Jazz Heritage Center/Lush Life Gallery, 1320-1330 Fillmore St., San Francisco, until mid July and we sincerely hope you enjoy it.
The Gallery is open Wed. - Sat. from 3PM to 10PM and Sundays from 2PM to 8PM, although we have placed a number of things in the lobby to the Jazz Heritage Center which is open daily from 10AM - 11PM. There's no admission charge.
The exhibit was curated by Bob Greenfield, James Olness, and me, Bonnie Simmons, the Executive Director of the Foundation, and the pleasure was definitely all ours. Enormous thanks go to Bill's sons, David and Alex Graham, who made it possible for us to proceed in a manner Bill himself would have appreciated. And thank you to the Jazz Heritage Center and The Koret Foundation for their generous support. Here are a few pictures from the opening reception for Presenting: Bill Graham -
Best, Bonnie Simmons
